shipping policy
For apparel and gifts
We pack carefully and ship 3-7 days from time of order. Shipping fees are $15 within the United States, and $25 for international shipping.
For plants and corms
We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure that if there are any delays, that your plants don’t get stuck in-transit over a weekend.
Shipping options are:
—USPS Priority 2-3 day or USPS Next Day Air or;
—UPS 2-Day or UPS Next Day Air.
Any less expedited shipping option requested by the customer (such as UPS ground) is at buyers own risk. We ship from Portland, Oregon, and your exact shipping will be determined at check out, based on your location and weight of your plants.
It’s normal that plants may experience stress during transit (yellowing, wilting, minor leaf damage), especially in excessive heat and cold. Please research care needs for plants and corms before purchase. Corms should be transferred out of shipping moss upon receipt into your preferred medium/technique for sprouting; and allow plants to remain in the substrate in which they’re shipped for 2 weeks to acclimate to your environment before transplanting. We use beneficial insects, so don’t be alarmed if you see a hitchhiker in your package. We are not responsible for delivery issues once your box leaves our office.
Shipping is at buyer’s risk: we pack with great care, but cannot control postal delays, box damage, or weather conditions. We will always provide a Tracking Number and Shipped On date for your package. Please reach out within 2 hours of delivery with an unboxing video if you experience any issues with your package.
